How do I contact Belvedere Collections?

How do I pay for my order?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro) and use Shopify to manage our payments.


Do you accept Paypal?
Yes we do, please note that if you pay using ‘e-cheque’ your order will not be sent out until the funds have cleared.


How safe is my personal information?
Security is a top priority for us and we use the most up to date technology to protect your personal details. Once you have made your selection and enter the check out area you will notice that the ‘http’ become ‘https’ the “s” and the lock means you’re on a secure server and your purchase is safe. Your credit card number is not stored in our system at any point in the payment process to avoid any risk of computer fraud.

When will my order be shipped?
We aim to process, produce and send out orders within 2 to 5 business days. Once your order is ready to to go, we will email you to let you know when it has been shipped.

How can I check my order status?
If you set up a account when you ordered you case you can check the status of an order by using the ‘My account’ link

When will my credit card be charged?
Your card is pre-authorized for your purchase amount when you click “submit” during checkout. You may see a pending charge on your account at this point. Your card is charged when you place your order.

How much does shipping cost
Shipping rates vary from one product to another. You will be given a precise shipping total on the checkout page.
UK packages are sent 2nd class and international packages are sent by regular airmail. Please be aware that international packages are subject to taxes, customs fees and duties. You will be responsible for any taxes, customs fees and duties that might be incurred.

Can I get an order shipped to a different address?
Yes you can. On the checkout page enter the details of the recipient in the ‘Shipping address’ column.

How do I use a discount code/coupons?
Simply order your items and on the checkout page enter your code into the ‘Apply Coupon’ window and confirm.

What are your terms and conditions of your discount codes/coupons?
• Discounts values are specified on the coupon
• Codes cannot be combined with any other promotion/discount codes
• Discount codes/coupons are intended for single use only
• Each discount code/coupon is valid for a limited time only and expires on the date specified in the offer
• Limit of one discount code/coupon per household
• A discount code/coupon cannot be used to pay for taxes, shipping and handling, or other charges
• A discount code/coupon can not be redeemed for cash or back dated to previous orders
• If a discount code/coupon is used and your entire order is cancelled or rejected, or if you return all items in your order, you will be refunded the actual amount paid and your coupon will no longer be valid
• If a discount code/coupon is redeemed on a multiple item order, the value of the discount is divided equally between those items. If one of those items is cancelled, rejected, or issued either a full or partial refund, the coupon savings cannot be transferred to the remaining items in the order
• Belvedere Collections reserves the right to withdraw or terminate any of it’s discount codes/coupons at any time, either as a whole or for specific delivery areas. If this happens, then the discount codes/coupons may not be used for any orders placed after the date of withdrawal or termination. Belvedere Collections reserves the right to reject the use of a discount codes/coupons where fraud is suspected
• Belvedere Collections may from time to time run different customer discount codes/coupons, with different terms (including amounts, types and expiry dates). Belvedere Collections reserves the right to limit the applicability of any particular offer to specific regions or delivery areas. Different offers and vouchers may be run simultaneously


Can I exchange or get a refund for a personalised item?
Personalised items (wedding cake toppers, hanging room signs, dinner place names item s where you have selected with your own text/wording, date etc) are non refundable unless they arrive to you faulty or if we have made a mistake. Please check your package upon arrival and notify us within 48 hours of any breakages or errors. If there is an error we will request some photos to be emailed for confirmation, once confirmed we will send out a replacement straight away.
Please take care when ordering particularly when choosing colours, fonts, and spellings, as after purchasing occurs you will not be entitled to a refund.
