This stainless steel travel vacuum flask holds up to 400ml/13.5fl oz of your favourite drink and is lightweight and rigid for all your travel needs. The flask is made from unbreakable high quality 18/10 stainless steel and constructed with a double wall which creates a airless vacuum insulation barrier, which performs better at keeping your drinks hot or cold longer loner periods.
Once you unscrew the flask top which doubles up as a cup, the cap can be clicked and you can pour out your drink safely without roving the whole cap. Unscrewing and removing the cap reveals a wide 42mm diameter opening to the flask, wide enough to insert ice cubes into the flask. The vacuum-seal cap ensures this flask won't leak and no matter what the temperature of the liquid in the flask, it will never sweat or be hot to the touch.

The stainless steel is 100% BPA-free and toxin free, which gives your drinks a pure taste, void of any flavour transfers. A quick rinse of the flask will clean away smells and residues completely. The flask is not dishwasher safe but the wide mouth makes it easy to clean.
Care
Hand wash only with warm water and mild detergent, rinse and dry immediately. To keep the bamboo is good condition it is recommended that oil it once a month to keep it supple moisturised.

Please double check the spelling, punctuation and use of capital letters as this is what we will be using exactly for the personalisation. The majority of our products are case sensitive however there are some designs where we have kept the text in all capital letters as a default. If you supply us with a long name we may reduce the text size so that it fits onto the item.
Shipping & Return
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
